Bitchat for Organising

Messaging app that doesn’t require internet, cell service, phone number, cloud server.
The idea behind this is great for specific conditions – mass demonstrations and natural disasters – where you have no internet, cell service, or access to messaging apps.
However, it’s not quite reliable to me due to the lack of security and privacy audit; so I’d love to see that happen.
